There has been many cases that the system has failed ending in the death of a child. children and youth protection services fail multiple kids a year. In the last few years 1,700 kids have been failed and in the end have died. The court system and child protective system doesn't see what a kid goes through on a daily bases. They believe a child should have both parents in their lives no matter what. Children that are abused is normally abused by a parent. I am writing this petition to show the higher courts that the system in many to all states are failing our children and no one is accountable for the death of our kids or the abuse and neglect that our kids go through. In 2021 alone it has been reported that 1820 kids have diesd from abuse and neglect due to child protective services didnt do their jobs. We need to protect our children and be their voice.

My kid a few years ago had be touched by someone, i took her to the er and child protective services and the cops got called and was invovled. they only investigated for a few months then told me that it was 'unfounded'. the cops never contacted me to see what was happening with their investigation. she was still put in that situation because they didnt do anything. To this day she still brings it up that someone touched her. Now she will come home from being with her blood dads house with head lice, body lice, being sick, cuts, bruises, scraps, bites. You name it she comes home with it. She has even seen him do illegal substances and cps has been notified of it. child protective services are invovled now but he wont give them his address(because he doesnt have one) and he has denied a piss test. They are still allowing him to see her even after i had given them proof.

Alot of people have a story or two of their own of how the system has failed them and there kids. Alot of people are afriad to speak up and stand up for themselves and the kids, But im here to tell you not to be afraid, your not alone. I will stand by you through it till the end.
