Make Kookie Serjeant and NCO in 50th Regiment of Foot

Kookie is an exceptional ranker and individual in the 50th Regiment. He has shown that he is a team player, a leader, intelligent, tactical, and above all extremely dedicated. He would be a perfect NCO, and despite requesting the role from the tyrannical CO of 50th, Beno, again and again, Kookie has yet to be promoted. Despite Kookie leading a training in the past and doing so exceptionally, Beno seems to not have even considered making him Serjeant.

THIS IS A MASSIVE INJUSTICE

There are many theories for as to why Kookie isnt an NCO already, ranging from Beno is too afraid that Kookie will steal his position, to Beno thinks Kookie is overqualified. Either way, A GREAT INJUSTICE HAS OCCURED. In order to put pressure on Beno to make Kookie a Serjeant, I beg that you sign this petition.
