We the undersigned ask that Council Officers should cease describing any sites in the city as “brownfield,” unless: 
A. The entire site clearly complies with the National Planning Policy Framework definition of previously developed land, AND, 
B.  It is listed on the Council Register of Brownfield Sites.

Justification:

The Environment Agency has placed much of the Harbourside into the highest flood risk zone, with a "significant and unacceptable risk to life" for residents and users. Further, the Bristol City Council recently passed a cross-party motion to protect all green spaces from destructive development.
