The M32 is a constant source of noise, and divides several communities, especially in central Bristol. It would be great if once a year it could be closed to traffic and the whole city could come together for a massive street party, with stalls and activities for all ages. This wouldn't even have to cost the council much money as community groups and other organisations and individuals from across the city could be invited to contribute events and activities to make a really fun city event that brings all communities together.
