UPDATE: Proposed Development Application 46 Bayview Tce Clayfield 

Last week, Brisbane City Council (BCC) advised the applicant that their proposed Development Application (DA) is not supported. However, this is only a step in the process.

Today the applicant of this DA has notified the BCC, they are giving notice they are using Section 32 of the Development Assessment Rules to stop the current period for 20 days and will recommence on the 30th October. Basically what this means is the developers for this proposed DA have requested further time, hence the process is still alive and kicking.

In the interim we will continue the good fight and build our valid and significant objections collectively, ready for the 2 week objection notification period if/when it occurs in the future. As we continue to witness our amazing Clayfield community unite and we progress forward together using our people power. We are sincerely thankful for the continued support and kindness from our local neighbourhood and beyond, as we continue to object this matter.
