This Development Application is proposed for the busiest suburban streets in the area and is bordering one of the biggest primary schools in inner north Brisbane. It is simply not feasible to add more traffic to this already choked up suburban street, and poses further safety risks to all children and families in the neighbourhood.

The proposed commercial driveway for the devleopment, will be a mere 5m from this highly used school gate and the bustling pedestrian crossing on Bayview Terrace. This proposed location for a Child Care Centre is just not safe or practical.
