Hello and thank you for taking your time to read my petition, I have been a server for 22 years and never once have I came across something so ridiculous. The servers and employees at brinkernation are getting nickeled and dimed each shift that we work. I am starting this petition to try and get Brinker Nation company to stop Server's credit card tips from going into a checking account. The reason myself and many other employees from Brinker Nation are extremely frustrated, upset, and are being nickel and dimed every single day we work. We as minimum wage employees deserve to be respected and compensated for the work that we do, but instead we are being stolen from and shorted by this company through our tips from the public. Brinkernation says that they started this new method to save servers from getting robbed at the end of their work shift, and the odds of that are slim. So even if you do not work in the restaurant industry I would greatly appreciate your signature to keep brinkernation from stealing from their employees like they have been. This company has already lost most of their best employees since I have been working there for the past 6 years. They will continue losing us if they don't make this change.
