The theatre program at Arvida was taken away for a few years but then got revived by Ms. Vega in 2023. Students loved the class but more specifically her. Always making sure her students felt safe and comfortable in the troupe. Ms. Vega was then replaced by a new teacher without even being told.  Administration taking away the program from her and not even leaving her a piece. Our teacher put so much love into this class and made sure everything went well for us. Getting this taken away was not a fair choice. Our goal is for our schools administrators to see this. We would like for Ms. Vega and our new teacher to work together as partners instead of not giving Ms. Vega a chance at all. We would also like for theater to be switched back to the way it was. To keep Vegas original plans for us (which they completely changed) and for there only to be two classes that both involve all the aspects of theater. It would be a great help to get as many people as we can to sign this. We love our teacher with all our heart and it’s not fair that something she built all by herself gets taken away. Thank you!
