I, like many others in the UK, find it challenging to travel abroad due to various reasons. This has limited our ability to attend events like TwitchCon that are typically held outside the UK. The lack of accessibility is not just a personal issue but affects a significant number of people in our community.

TwitchCon is an important event for us as it provides an opportunity to connect with other users and engage with the platform on a deeper level. However, its location often poses a barrier. According to Statista, there were over 6 million active streamers on Twitch in 2020 (source: Statista), and a significant portion of these are based in the UK.

By bringing TwitchCon to London, we can ensure that more people have access to this event and can participate fully without being hindered by travel constraints. This would not only benefit individual users but also strengthen our community as a whole. 

I know that many of us have many friends that we are unable to meet or have a desire to visit london, I hope that with enough signatures we can all grow together and enjoy our time by sharing our love for content creation and for creating new friendships. May we all get along and create a brighter future for all!
