It’s time to bring the Mailman home.

We, the undersigned Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs fans, respectfully ask the Falcons to explore a trade for quarterback Stetson Bennett IV.

This isn’t merely about nostalgia. Bennett led the University of Georgia to back-to-back national championships, demonstrated remarkable composure in high-pressure situations, and became one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in college football history. Since entering the NFL, he has spent valuable time developing in Sean McVay’s system and learning alongside Matthew Stafford with the Los Angeles Rams.

We aren’t demanding that Bennett immediately be named Atlanta’s starting quarterback. We believe he deserves an opportunity to compete and could provide the Falcons with affordable, experienced developmental depth at one of football’s most important positions.

The move would also reconnect one of Georgia’s most celebrated athletes with the state where he became a legend. Bennett already has a passionate following throughout Georgia, and bringing him to Atlanta would generate genuine excitement among both Bulldogs and Falcons fans.

Stetson Bennett has spent his football career exceeding expectations. From walk-on to national champion, he has repeatedly proven that he will compete, prepare, and make the most of every opportunity.

Give him that opportunity in Atlanta.
