It's taken a while but well over 6,000 of you have now signed for Steve! And how things change...

When we started this petition back in February of this year, Sam Smith was claiming no one was allowed to say he was male.

Now it's July and Smith has released a song called 'Man I Am' that features in the new Barbie film. He sings: "Cause that's the man I am/Baby, treat me right, I'm free tonight/That's just the man I am/Super sleazy, born to be easy". 

Look again at what Steve said on his show in February: "To be honest with you, I personally couldn't give a rat's tail - I really couldn’t. So don’t invite him on to any programmes, then you won’t look stupid! Because he will criticise you for saying - ‘no it’s them, it’s fisherthem’. No it’s not! No we’re not changing things just to please you! I think not!”

Think that is case closed. 

As there are currently at least 60 people still signing this Petition every week, we're going to leave the Petition open for another month and hopefully present it to Global in September.
