Right now, the vast majority of Michigan’s 110 State Representatives and 38 State Senators maintain full-time offices exclusively in downtown Lansing. For millions of Michiganders, reaching their state elected officials in person requires a multi-hour drive, navigating capital buildings, or hoping to catch a brief, one-hour monthly coffee event at a local cafe.
