First, we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your enthusiasm, support, and patience as we press on through the conditional land use application process. It has meant the world to us and rest assured, we are bringing one hell of a dream team to this hearing.We are not going to give up as the opposition hopes we will, and we have lots of ammunition in our arsenal (please excuse the pun!).

As you all know, our hearing was deferred last month pending additional information from our engineers. We have now completed those reports and are very much looking forward to making our case for a conditional land use before the board of zoning adjustments.

While we initially thought we would defer to June, I am personally unable to attend as I am currently overseas serving a tour of duty and am unable to get authorization to return until August at the earliest. We have weighed our options carefully and although I have every confidence in my team's competence and preparedness to make the case without me, I feel it is important as leader of this company to personally be present.

I will not allow the opposition to seize my absence as an opportunity for further slander, or leave my team to play defense against the inevitable forthcoming character assassinations. It is in the best interest of HGC that EVERY member of our team be present to defend our vision, and I will be there to answer questions.

Our team of legal counsel and business consultants have every confidence we will get this done, so please continue to bear with us as we ensure our opposition has exactly ZERO legs to stand on for the hearing.
