Petition Description: Chadwick Park is an important part of our community — families, kids, and residents use it every day for sports, gatherings, and evening walks. But right now, the park is missing two critical things that directly affect safety and quality of life:

1. Proper lighting throughout the park

Once the sun goes down, Chadwick Park becomes unsafe due to poor visibility. This discourages families from using the park in the evening and increases the risk of accidents and unwanted activity. Installing bright, reliable lighting will make the park safer and more welcoming for everyone.

Our community deserves a structured plan for Chadwick Park’s future — including maintenance, upgrades, and long‑term improvements. Having clear goals ensures the park continues to grow and serve the neighborhood properly.

We, the residents of Manteca, respectfully request that Mayor Singh and the City of Manteca take action to:
