The University of Miami is a very prestigious institution. With an endowment of over 1 billion dollars, the university has a vast amount of funding, but the allocation of these resources has been disproportionate, with a majority of the funds going to the school’s athletic department and medical school. This makes the dining options at the University very limited.

That is why we are advocating for the University to install a Raising Cane's on Campus. The wildly popular fried chicken chain has quickly been spreading around the world, and we think that the University of Miami should join the phenomenon for multiple reasons. First of all, the branding opportunities would be endless with both organizations shares the same name. The second reason is that nearest location is difficult to access leaving many students unable to reach. Third of all, bringing the famous chicken fingers to campus will greatly improve morale and increase productivity. Finally, having a location on campus could greatly increase applications. To conclude, Raising Cane's would be a great addition to the University of Miami campus.
