Petition Statement:

We, the undersigned residents of Bayberry North Development, respectfully request

that the HOA Board explore the addition of pickleball courts to our community

amenities.

Why This Matters:

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States. It is fun, social, and

accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Adding pickleball courts will:

• Promote healthy, active lifestyles for residents.

• Encourage community engagement and social connection.

• Provide a safe, inclusive recreational outlet for both younger and older residents.

• Increase the appeal and value of our neighborhood by expanding amenities.

Our Request:

We ask that the HOA Board consider:

1. Converting an underutilized tennis or basketball court into pickleball courts OR

allocating space to build dedicated pickleball courts.

2. Setting aside funds in the next budget cycle or seeking grant/community

partnership opportunities to support the project.

3. Conducting a community survey to ensure resident input and support are included

in the final decision.
