End Kiwi Captivity and Bring Them Home.

We, the undersigned, passionately advocate for the immediate ban on keeping kiwi in captivity within zoos worldwide. The kiwi are our unique and iconic native species, that deserve to live wild, not in captivity.

They faces numerous challenges in captivity in overseas zoos that compromise their well-being and survival.

Zoos may attempt to mimic native environments, but the intricate interactions with other species and the dynamic nature of Aotearoa's ecosystems are difficult to replicate in captivity.

We call on MPI, Save The Kiwi, DOC, and all IWI to make this happen and bring our birds home.
