Our baseball coach, affectionately known as "Chaddy Daddy," has been an integral part of our local team and community for years. His departure has left a void in not only the hearts of the players, but also in the spirit of our team. Coach Chad wasn’t just a coach; he was a mentor and a friend. His guidance and motivational spirit have led us through countless victories, not just on the field, but in life as well.

Coach Chad dedicated himself to nurturing the potential of every player. He believed in us when others didn’t, and he pushed us to achieve excellence. Under his leadership, our school team reached new heights, gained recognition in state tournaments, and fostered a sense of unity unparalleled by any other program. His emphasis on discipline, sportsmanship, and the love of the game instilled values in our players that transcend the baseball diamond.

We need Coach Chad back for the upcoming season to ensure our continued growth and success. The bond we share with him cannot be matched by anyone else. His absence is deeply felt among us players and supporters, adversely affecting morale and performance. Bringing him back would not only boost our team’s spirit but also restore the community unity that thrived under his leadership.

The decision to have Coach Chad depart was not representative of our team or community's best interests. We urge the school authorities to reconsider their decision and bring back a leader who has proven to make a significant, positive impact. Let's come together to show that we care deeply about our baseball family and that #doitforchaddydaddy is more than just a hashtag, it’s our call to action.

Sign this petition to bring Coach Chad back and ensure that our baseball program remains in the hands of someone who truly cares about our future on and off the field.
