Bring Marcus Smith HOME

On December 19th 2015, My son Marcus Ray Smith who is 23 years old. he went on a high speed chase with highway patrol officer McCutchin that lasted five miles at very high speeds which endangered the lives of many people I totally agree that he deserved to be punished for his crime .Marcus had got in trouble a couple times before this but nothing for him to deserve 30 years in the Oklahoma State penitentiary. I don't know what else to do. I go to sleep thinking about my son and wake up thinking about my son he doesn't deserve this excessive punishment and he's been there 7 years already I haven't seen my son in years some of you may know Marcus and you know what a kind hearted good person he is with a beautiful spirit many of you might not know but his father was brutally murdered a couple of weeks before the incident and he was placed in the in a very very rough prison in Sayre Oklahoma Oklahoma which an inmate dies every single day. I just want my son to come home nothing has worked I feel justice has been overly served and I just want to bring him home I'm asking you to sign this petition in regards to helping him come home and that justice has been more than served .my son's life was treated as it was worth nothing and thrown away like he wasn't worth saving. He is worth saving I can guarantee you that Marcus has learned his lesson WHEN he gets out he won't go back ,because he'll be doing the right thing give him a chance give him a chance at life please sign this petition to bring him home maybe this will bring some attention to his case so they can re-look at it I'm just asking you to sign and maybe it will help

Since incident the cop who chased Marcus has been fired from Oklahoma highway patrol office for an fbi Investigation he did a worse crime than running from police and in process destroyed someone's life he did not 1 day in jail for it .. it was swept under rug .. he was just fired f4om ohp .. as well as da was forced to resign at 18 yrs or criminal charges would be filed against her.. these are the people who judged Marcus and pushed for 30 years ..
