Update:

The VP of Happy Tails Rescue Inc, was a no show in court today.  Larry now has to wait another month to get Little Man back.  
This is so hard on Mr. Oxendine.  Literal torture.  Please sign and support getting this dog returned ASAP!!

Little Man got away from a babysitter on or about April 29. He was spotted that day. The same person was able to take him in and posted as found on April 30. Happy Tails Rescue Inc picked him up from the finder on May 1. Little Man was placed for adoption on May 9. The owner came forward as soon as that post was seen. There were numerous attempts made to get Little Man back, with no success. 
The police report was filed and the VP of Happy Tails Rescue was charged with Conversion!! 
The court date is Friday June 7
