For years Liberty Mutual Insurance Company benefited from its consumers and accumulated tremendous amount of wealth at the consumers' expanse. Liberty Mutual and its affiliates have protected themselves with legal shield at the expanse of consumers, and they let the consumers down in the times of hardship and difficulties.
