No monetary donations needed just your signature in support of LaClarence (Layne)! Layne is an excellent father. He has been an asset to the community. He provides haircuts to individuals in need. Also, he provides outlets through music. On numerous occasions he has provided financial assistance towards individual necessities, such as food or electricity bills etc. His kind heart and will to help others caused him to become entrapped. So, community now we need your help to bring him home.
