Help take action and Return ALL of the money to CSGO Lotto Scam victims

The Issue

For about a year or two (or even longer), there have been an outbreak of third party skin-betting websites on CS-GO.

Before I continue, CS-GO is a shooting game in which you compete with and against other players to achieve an objective.  Every so often, players randomly earn virtual items called skins.  Players can also buy these items.

As I was saying, there has been an outbreak of these csgo betting websites where you would basically gamble away these skins for a chance to win more skins.

Now there are a few youtubers (More specifically TMARTN and TheSyndicateProject) that uploaded many "reviews" of them gambling on this website.  It showed them winning BIG (Upwards of 10's of thousands of dollars [USD]) and very easily.  Their titles included:

"How to win [Amount] on CSGO Lotto" Or...
"Crazy 6 Knife win" (Knives tend to be the more expensive skin types)
More information here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7qUo330J0M

Now this may seem like just a few youtubers doing a review on a well liked product.

But there is a twist:
These two youtubers OWN THIS WEBSITE and in no way, disclose that they own, or even are affiliated with it.  Meaning they are advertising without disclosure.  In one of his videos, TMARTN claims to have just "stumbled across" this website (giving the illusion that he doesn't own, or even know about his betting website)

In america, this is Hugely unethical if not illegal.
Reading over policies in advertising and disclosure, I found that these youtubers' lack of integrity breeches the policies in many areas.  See for yourself:

If this is illegal, then full legal actions must be taken against them, but more importantly, the money spent (be it cash or steam funds) must be returned to the victims and people who blindly followed these unlawful advertisements and lost money on it.

Now they may argue that the skins have NO monetary value to them, BUT, because there are a few different ways to transfer the skins to money on certain hosts, there IS in fact a face value averaging 40 to 90 cents on the dollar [USD]

This isn't about "Getting them."  This is not about being forced to gamble on CS-GO betting websites.  This is about violating the FTC and bringing justice to both those who lost and those responsible.

Taking the 2 minutes to sign this petition will help ensure that this scam doesn't ever surface on or between the pages of youtube ever again!

With enough recognition, I will take this petition to the necessary parties INCLUDING the uploaders of these commercially deceptive content.

Thank you for taking the time to read this petition and have a good day!
