Our school administration made the sudden decision to relocate our high school graduation ceremony without seeking significant input from the very people it impacts the most – the parents of seniors. We’ve always been included in important school decisions through calls, texts, and emails, but not this time. The decision to move this important event away from our school was made quickly and without transparency, leaving many of us wondering why we were excluded from the process.

This change means that our students, who have spent significant years of their lives creating memories and building bonds at our high school, will now be deprived of the chance to celebrate the culmination of their high school journey on their own turf.
