The Issue

The new animated series "Goat Girl," scheduled to release in the 1st quarter of 2026 according to the European Animation Journal, has captured my anticipation. With Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA commissioning this exciting series and the talented Krystal Georgiou and Lauri Saunders directing, the prospects are indeed thrilling. Moreover, the writing team of Shannon George and Kristine Yee promise riveting content in each of the proposed 26 episodes, each lasting 11 minutes.

However, it is currently not slated for broadcast on Cartoon Network in the U.S., a letdown for countless American animation enthusiasts, including myself. In an age where animated content has surpassed boundaries and been held in high regard for its endless creativity and innovative storytelling, denying U.S. audiences the opportunity to experience such a promising series feels unjust.

Therefore, we are urging Cartoon Network in the U.S. to consider the inclusion of "Goat Girl" in their programming. Adding "Goat Girl" to the U.S. broadcast schedule would not only introduce an exciting new animated series to an eager audience, but it would also be a significant step for Cartoon Network in fostering global appreciation for animation.

It’s time for us to make our voices heard and bring "Goat Girl" to our screens. Please sign this petition to get "Goat Girl" aired on Cartoon Network in the U.S. Let's make it happen together!
