The Majority of the Papplewick Green estate in Hucknall still doesn't have connectivity to Virgin Media broadband services or even full fibre broadband!

With some streets of the development having connections and others not, there seems to be an issue somewhere, whether its down to who built what streets etc, we are unsure.

We need to find out:

1) What is causing this issue. (as some people have been waiting 9 years)

2) If there's no issue, when can we expect Virgin Media to connect these missed out streets?

3) What are OpenReach's time frame's for offering / upgrading the lines to FULL FIBRE?
