Prof. A. A. Zuru, a fine gentleman, a true nationalist, an erudite scholar and a one-time Vice Chancellor of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria was savagely attacked by political dogs while on national assignment at Yola, Adamawa State.

Several pictures, audios and videos have been recorded and are being shared online.

The attack was not only disrespectful and dehumanizing, but it has brought along with it untold mental torture and trauma to Professor Zuru and his family. It was an attack against the collective conscience of all right-thinking individuals across the globe.

This is why we believe such pictures and videos should be deleted, wherever they are globally.
