Every day we have to deal with someone on the phone to resolve several daily issues, health coverage, pharmacy, utilities like, power, cable, gas etc.

Our lives are on the hands of the person on the other end of the line. 

They do not understand at all our current socio political and economic situation, it makes it hard for us to get the service and assistance needed. Or they do not understand the language. 

Some of these people taking our calls lives on countries where their citizens have not right at all so we are speaking with a person that cannot relate at all to our needs or rights.

However, the government allow USA companies to take their jobs to those countries and avoid hiring local people. 

People that pay taxes and support this country on a daily basic. 

 Sometimes the person at the other end, does not understand at all the rights of a person that has paid thousands of dollars on insurance or utilities.

To add to it, all our life information is on the hands of an estranger who lives on an unknown country overseas; our social security, our credit cards, our bank accounts information all of it is on their hands, and we wonder why the identity theft business have increased!

We need to bring those jobs back so we can speak with people that can understand the language and our current socio-economic situation.
