Hello, I have recently fallen down the rabbit hole that is Cocaine Bear. After hearing about the movie, I looked it up to see if it was based on real-life events and it was (barely). But I thought it was a funny and interesting part of Georgia's history. Then I found out the bear's body had been taxidermized and I was curious to find out where in Georgia to see if I could visit it for the laughs. Then I found out its body has been relocated to Kentucky... and I became confused. Now I understand that the drug dealer that dropped all the cocaine and made the bear Cocaine Bear is from Kentucky but the thing is that the whole event happened in Georgia!! It is a part of Georgia's history it all took place here! Even the movie got it right and took place in Georgia!! I think the state where the event took place is where the bear should reside. Cocaine Bear belongs here in Georgia! It is her home, so we should bring her home!
