We, the undersigned, are petitioning our elected officials and executive management to reinstate Mathew Rook as Police Chief of Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia.

Chief Rook has created a department that is respected by its citizens, a safe community and has gone above and beyond what is required of him time and time again. Under his leadership, our city rose to be recognized as the 4th Safest City in Georgia.

The respect Mr. Rook has built within the community for himself and the entire police force is unique here in Chattahoochee Hills. When other communities nation-wide are struggling to build positive police relationships within their community, we in Chatt Hills have boasted about our Chatt Hills "police family."

Chief Rook is a trusted member of our community, has always had the citizens’ best interests in mind, and has served with the highest level of integrity. He has not only made us safe, he has helped build a sense of community and is, in turn, an integral part of that community. Matt Rook is exactly the kind of person we want and need as the Police Chief in Chattahoochee Hills and we stand with him.
