I'm Tony together with my cat Terry we live at Rose Hill Court in Brighton, a sheltered housing senior's housing scheme with Brighton Council as our landlords.

For the past 15 months Terry, myself and our friend Elaine have been subject to death threats, personal abuse, harassment and violent attacks from another resident here. 

Terry the Cat has been threatened with being kicked out of a first floor window as well as us being told multiple times that the ASB perpetrator will kill him and us. 

Brighton Council despite supposedly having a robust policy for dealing with ASB and hate crimes have steadfastly refused to help us, refused to support us and instead portrayed us as the villains.

Instead of taking action against the perpetrator Brighton Council instead gave him a new flat renovated with brand new white goods at considerable Council Taxpayer's expense.

Please sign this petition so we can shine the light of publicity on the actions of Brighton Council, the actions of their staff including the leader of the council Bella Sankey and the chief executive Jess Gibbons who have refused to do anything to help us or do anything about the way their staff have acted.

All we want is for Elaine, Terry and myself to live at Rose Hill Court without fear, to not feel frightened when leaving our flats and for Brighton Council to help us to do so.
