BRING BACK WHAT WE WERE PROMISED (LA Fitness - Newark)
The Issue
It’s been long enough!
Remember when you signed up & was excited to enjoy the LOCAL gym accommodations? You know, the Sauna, pool, hot tub, group classes.. remember all that stuff? Remember why you agreed to pay the set monthly membership & annual fees?? Well I know I sure do & by the talks throughout the facility, I’m not the only one!
it’s time to speak up as a unit because they’re not hearing us AT ALL..
Managers & employees trying to brush off the concerns or simply replying with try another gym (that’s obviously not as local as the current one)..
Seeing the same dingy out of order/maintenance signs with no real updates..
Getting responses from customer service is worse than pulling teeth..
WHAT ARE WE REALLY PAYING FOR?
Neglect? Broken equipment? Lack yoga mats? Nasty attitudes?
it’s not too many good local gyms in the city of Newark, especially in that area catering to the hospital staff, campus students & staff, & just regular old locals like myself. Getting to another LA fitness is really unrealistic for a lot of us & as Newark is being “built up” it shouldn’t be hard to get these basic concerns dealt with.. especially if the other gyms are up & running like a mean machine.. why neglect us? why ignore us? WHY?
& printing a cheap piece of paper with a bs update but no real info isn’t the answer..
LET’S GET OUR GYM BACK TOGETHER, A DROP IN MEMBERSHIP PRICING OR AT LEAST SOME REAL ANSWERS..
