Bring Back the Original Pyramid Head PTB Chase Theme in Dead by Daylight!

Remember the first time you heard Pyramid Head’s chase theme during the PTB in Dead by Daylight? It was incredible. The music had this perfect balance between terrifying and epic, like a beautifully orchestrated nightmare—crafted by none other than Akira Yamaoka himself. It was a musical masterpiece that felt like a tribute to the first two Silent Hill games.

But then, when the PTB made it to the live build... they changed it! Now, don't get me wrong, the current theme is good—it has that Silent Hill 3 vibe, and it works—but it’s just not the same. The haunting, graceful-yet-menacing feel of the PTB theme? That’s what we miss. It’s what I miss, and what a lot of the community misses.

Look, I love Dead by Daylight’s soundtrack. I think it’s one of the most underrated parts of the game. But honestly, they dropped the ball when they changed Pyramid Head’s theme. And that’s why I’m starting this petition to bring back the PTB version.

I mean, if we can get Ghost Face’s theme changed 47 times only for people to like the first one in the end, surely we can get Pyramid Head’s theme reverted, right? And hey, while we’re at it, maybe we can petition for his iconic rear end to make a comeback too. Let’s be real—it was a work of art.

So please, join me in bringing back the PTB theme, because Pyramid Head deserves better... and so do we.
