Remember growing up as a kid? You would go to Pizza Hut for lunch, pay $8, and you could fill up on an unlimited amount of pizza, salad, and dessert? Those were the best years of our lives!

Today, corporate Pizza Hut has mostly done away with not just its buffets, but its dine in locations with their wonderful, mouth-watering pizza served on a beautiful hot skillet. Instead, their focus is on relocating to strip malls and becoming like every other pizza place.

What made Pizza Hut great was not just its delicious pizza, but the memories of going to eat with your family under that red, hut shaped roof, getting pan pizzas in a burning hot skillet, drinking out of those beautiful red tumblers as those truly unique chandeliers lit up the room, and playing pac-man with your sister. Oh, and the best part was the buffet. You could eat as much pizza as you wanted, try different kinds of it, and then go back for more!

My hope is that through this petition Pizza Hut will see not just how missed their dine in locations are, but the memories they helped create. As our generation grows up and has kids, we want to share those memories with them.

There is so much value to bringing back the OG Pizza Hut, and don’t worry, you won’t lose money because you will become the unique family hut where we can once again gather ‘round the good stuff!
