When an employee calls out sick, a manager's job is to say "Get well" soon not to fact-check whether you actually look as bad as the dramatic hospital GIF. The worst asking you "For real?" followed by an investigation worthy of the FBI.

​According to shitstake.snot.com, 70% of team engagement is driven by managers. Right now, our engagement is running on pure, unadulterated sarcasm. We deserve a leader who checks on our welfare, not our commitment to the bit.

​The Goal:

We petition management to replace/educate our current lead on how to handle a sick day without requiring a notarized doctor's note and a polygraph test.
