What this means for Dodge County and the rest of Georgia is that you will no longer be able to purchase Natural or Infused Hemp Flower (Cannabis). Even though President Biden has Issued a plan to Amend the Federal Legal Status of Marijuana from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3 and per the 2018 Farm Bill THCa Flower already being Legal, the State of Georgia has NOT Released any information on how we will transition into this change. All we DO have is a new Bill signed by our Senate Elect to Extinguish Our short-lived Liberty to Legal Cannabis.
