Some of my fondest memories were made at Semolina. Anytime I craved a good pasta dish, I knew exactly where to go. Now, I feel a bit lost without it. Semolina wasn’t just a restaurant — it was a culinary haven for so many of us in Metairie, LA. It was a place where friends and families gathered around comfort food, from the shrimp roll band to the beloved mac & cheese pie, and that unforgettable bread.

For years, Semolina brought joy to our community, serving not only delicious meals but also meaningful connections. The smell of freshly cooked pasta, the creamy richness of the mac & cheese pie, and the warmth of their bread are memories we hold dear. We want to bring back those flavors — and the togetherness they inspired — now that Semolina has closed its doors.

Semolina was never just about food. It was about community, comfort, and the moments we shared with the people we love. We miss the laughter, the gatherings, and the joy that came with every meal. It’s time for us to come together and bring Semolina back.
