Bring Back Reruns of the Beloved Show 'Yes, Dear' on Television

The Issue

Like many fellow passionate fans, I was deeply saddened when 'Yes, Dear' ceased airing all those years ago. The show ended its original run on February 15, 2006, leaving a comedic void for millions of its viewers. Following this, it gradually disappeared from various networks, from TBS in 2012, then CMT in 2013, Nickelodeon's nighttime programming block 'Nick at Nite' in 2014, and finally the Nick Jr. channel's defunct nighttime programming block 'NickMom' in 2015.

Produced by the mighty CBS Studios and 20th Television, this gem of a sitcom was loved for its relatable humor, lovable characters, and heartwarming plotlines. It was a cathartic reflection of daily life, and its absence from our television screens has been felt by thousands.

Yes, Dear is an American sitcom created by Alan Kirschenbaum and Gregory Thomas Garcia that originally ran on CBS for six seasons, from October 2, 2000, to February 15, 2006, with a total of 122 episodes. It starred Anthony Clark, Jean Louisa Kelly, Mike O'Malley, and Liza Snyder. The series was executive produced by Alan Kirschenbaum and Gregory Thomas Garcia, and produced by Amigos de Garcia Productions, Cherry Tree Entertainment, and CBS Productions (now CBS Studios), in association with 20th Century Fox Television (now 20th Television). The series should be distributed by Disney Entertainment.

Directors of CBS Studios and Disney Television Studios, respect the dedicated fanbase of 'Yes, Dear'. Let's bring back the show that touched so many lives, the show that offered comfort and laughter at the end of a long day. Let's leave 'Yes, Dear' cancelled and bring the reruns back for the old fans longing for their favorite characters and for the new generation yet to discover the joy that this series brings.

'Yes, Dear' also needs to be streamed on Hulu itself and Hulu on Disney+.

Join this cause to let these television giants hear our collective voice loud and clear. Sign the petition. Don't let 'Yes, Dear' be relegated to the annals of television history. Together, we can bring back 'Yes, Dear' on television. Please sign this petition and let our voices be heard.
