basically ylc every morning is not beneficial to the students at cavendish road. Peer support offers better connections and a chance to make friends in all grades, making school a more enjoyable experience for all grades. it allows younger grades to feel less intimidated and befriend older grades. it is more successful in making the cavendish road cohort a community.

YLC does not allow for any of the afore mentioned benefits and instead limits the connections students can make in the community by limiting interactions to year levels.
