Horsham & Surrounds (100,000+) - Via Stawell and Murtoa vitally need a reliable and quick public transport service that can;

1.  Cater for all people in the community (All access) 
2.  Provide connections to other services
3.  Connections to Medical Services in both Ballarat and Melbourne
4. A more connect Victoria
5.  Enhance Horsham's economy, especially but not limited to tourism, business, etc. 
6. Fairer options for everyone 
7.  Support city - town cooperation 
8.  Do i have to even keep going, its obvious by now the benifit and only positive outcome this would provide!!!
