Growing up, Mama Rosa's pizza was an integral part of my childhood memories. The aroma, the taste, the joy it brought to our dinner table cannot be replicated. Unfortunately, it is no longer available and I'm not the only one who craves for its return. Many others who have experienced the distinctive taste of Mama Rosa's pizza share the same sentiment (Smith, 2020).

Pizza, as we love it today, has been popularized by Italian immigrants in New York City in the early 20th century and has become a shared cultural experience for people everywhere. There are over 75,000 pizzerias in the United States, yet none could replace Mama Rosa's (National Association of Pizza Operators, 2019).
