JYP gave me hope, he gave me faith, and brought laughter into my life. Although I never knew him personally, he always held a special place in my heart. His leadership and vision as Director of JYP Entertainment made a lasting impact not only on me but on countless others who admired his work. However, JYP decided to step down from his role, leaving a void that has been felt deeply by fans and aspiring artists alike.

For years, JYP has been more than just an entertainment executive; he's been a beacon of inspiration and a source of creativity for many aspiring talents. His personal touch in reviewing auditions and nurturing talent has helped shape the landscape of the music industry. However, with online auditions replacing face-to-face interactions, many believe the company has lost its foundational touch of personal evaluation that JYP himself championed.

The need for JYP's return is not about negating his need for personal breaks or downtime—it is about having him at the helm where he can spearhead the auditions and talent nurturing process he so greatly excelled at. Recognizing the workload, JYP could be encouraged to appoint a Vice-CEO or perhaps multiple assistants to aid him with the operational aspects, allowing him to focus on what truly makes a difference: finding and fostering new talents.
