Bringing back Home Economics classes will give students the opportunity to learn basic life skills that they may not learn at home. This prepares kids for the real world by teaching cooking, budgeting, sewing, and also small, everyday tasks such as laundry and dishes. Setting aside time to focus on this during school allows students to be more prepared after high school.
