Bring back Goodwill's dressing rooms.

Bring back Goodwill's dressing rooms.
The Issue
As a frequent shopper at Goodwill, I am deeply disappointed with the recent decision to remove dressing rooms from their stores. They say it's because of theft but it's hard to believe that a few bad eggs stealing are responsible for a huge loss of profit given that 100% of their merchandise is free. This new no-dressing room initiative has made the shopping experience uncomfortable and has only introduced more hurdles for the population that lacks access to items they need and can afford.
During my past few trips to Goodwill, I have found myself struggling to find a place to try on clothes. The stores have either a) boarded up all the fitting rooms or b) demolished them altogether. Without dressing rooms, I am forced to search for the most "private" corner in each store, hoping that nobody will accidentally stumble upon me while changing and then walk to the nearest mirror to evaluate the clothes.
But even with the mirrors (important to mention not all stores even have them), they inevitably become crowded with consumers trying on clothes in front of them. This creates an uncomfortable environment where people are constantly jostling for space just to catch a glimpse of themselves in the mirror. Not to mention the grown men walking in circles around the women changing hoping to catch a peek.
A large portion of the population, myself included, rely on secondhand shops like Goodwill to get by. With Goodwill's ever-present price increases, removing people's ability to try on clothes is only an added obstacle. Especially with Goodwill's three-day return policy, items can only be traded in for other items at the store during *that* visit, consumers don't get cash back or store credit they can use at a later time. Which means that people are forced to buy items they hope will look good, but are unable to receive their money back if they are ill-fitting.
By signing this petition, we ask that Goodwill listen to its customers and take immediate action to reinstate dressing rooms in all their stores. Let's make shopping at Goodwill a pleasant experience for everyone, ensuring privacy, convenience, and comfort.
