We, the undersigned, call for the immediate return of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Philippines. As Filipinos who value justice, security, and national sovereignty, we believe that any legal proceedings concerning our leaders should be handled by our own judicial system - not by foreign courts like the International Criminal Court (ICC).

During Duterte’s leadership, we experienced a government that prioritized public safety, peace, and order. It was only during his time that many Filipinos felt truly secure, trusted the government, and saw real action against crime and corruption. We love our Tatay Digong because he was a leader who genuinely cared for the Filipino people and fought for our country’s welfare. His leadership strengthened our nation, and we believe he deserves to face any allegations within the country he served - not in an international court that disregards our sovereignty.

The ICC has no right to dictate the fate of our leaders. The Philippines has a fully functioning legal system capable of handling any cases fairly. We, as a sovereign nation, should not allow foreign interference in our internal affairs.

We urge the Philippine government to take all necessary steps to ensure that former President Duterte is allowed to return and be given due process within the Philippines. This is not just about one man - it is about protecting our nation’s dignity and upholding our right to self-governance.
