Dear Lincoln students,

    Electives are a time to see other people during class time who aren't in your homeroom. They are a time to learn valuable life lessons, like how to buy a car or plan a trip, that you wouldn't necessarily learn in a regular school setting. They also give students more time learning French and, in the case of eighth graders, allow them to have French class before the French trip. And yet, they have been taken away from us.

   This petition is a call to action. Do you want your electives back? We don't think it's too late for our administration to reverse this decision, so sign this petition. Let's speak up and have our voices heard!
