Dear DAT,

Many of us have been loyal customers for a very long time. Your products are used to facilitate the supply chain throughout the US and Canada. You have recently made the decision to start a forced migration from your DAT Power product over to your DAT One platform. Many of us are unhappy with the Graphical User Interface and functions with the new DAT One platform and it is hindering our ability to do our job efficiently.

We are unhappy that you have decided to force this change on us while we are paying hundreds of dollars every month for a product that we have used for years.

We are asking that all DAT Power customers are able to resume using DAT Power with the same functionality and support that the product has had over the years.
