This is as simple as it gets. No explanation or elaboration needed.

I worked at CVM from 2014-2016. The PD was still active then. Eventually, it was terminated. I just returned to the same store, December 5. This past Thursday 17, there was a shooting inside the mall. CVM Security and Raleigh PD (upon arrival) did their jobs to perfection. Endless respects, thanks, and praises go out to them. Unfortunately, if you live in the area, this seems like an annual occurrence for CVM at this point.

The reason these types of things continue to happen in this world, is because nothing ever changes after the previous one! Triangle Town Center is an afterthought. The Streets at Southpoint is dying a slow death. Cary Towne Center is 1 month away from demolition. I used to work at both TSAS and CTC as well, simultaneously with CVM. This only leaves CVM left in the conversation, resulting in a noticeable 2x (?) increase in shopper traffic, likely closing in on 3x.

It will take you MUCH less time to sign this, than it did if you have read this far. This is a rare one, where absolutely no (logical) case can be made against it.
Please, do it.
