We, the members and supporters of the MHS Cheer Squad, respectfully request that Coach Rogers and Coach Leday be reinstated as our cheer coaches. Since they became our coaches, our program has grown tremendously. They brought our team back to UIL Cheer, led successful fundraisers, organized mini cheer camps to inspire younger students, and dedicated countless hours of their own time and resources to help our team succeed.

Under their leadership, we earned multiple camp awards, Blue Superior ratings, six Spirit Sticks, the Traditions Award, the Banana Award, and nine All-American Cheerleaders. More importantly, they built a positive team culture where we felt supported, motivated, and treated like family.

Coach Rogers and Coach Leday are more than coaches; they are mentors and role models who have made a lasting impact on our team, our school, and our community. We believe they deserve the opportunity to continue leading the MHS Cheer Squad, and we respectfully ask that they be reinstated.
