Chromehounds was the best multiplayer experience to many xbox live gamers. The constant 24/7 online battle created an immersive experience that felt like you were more then just passing time. You were engaging in a war in real time with thousands of people, and your battles effected the outcome for your team. Wars could last for months. Teamwork was critical and clan work was exceptional. The game utilized xbox live technology by demanding teamwork and demanding you use your  microphone. Strategy included how your team built your mechs to work as a cohesive unit. The mulitple attatchements lead to endless strategy. I am not alone in not only enjoying Chromehounds while it was around, but holding it in such high regards, as one of the best online experiences ever. The fan base was as hardcore as armor core, yet SEGA has turned their backs on us.
